CO-OWNER OF HAIR TODAY GONE TOMORROW DALLAS

Michelle was born in Madison, Wisconsin but moved throughout her childhood and considers herself a New Yorker at heart. She went to college in Rhode Island to get her degree in Pastry Arts. Growing up all over the Midwest and northeast, she decided to get south to the warmer climates! She started her career as an Executive Pastry Chef at Disney World and then headed west to Arizona . There she enjoyed the desert heat and beautiful scenery while working for Marriott and private clubs. In 2001, she moved to Texas. Following a few years working in Pastry, she chose a career change focused on women's health. She volunteered for organizations such as Planned Parenthood and The Ronald McDonald House during this time. 

Michelle, came to Hair Today Gone Tomorrow as a client originally. She really wanted to be a part of the business, so she partnered with Sara. They have a desire to grow the business and expand it's scope and service. Both Sara and Michelle have a vision to help women and men with their struggles in dealing with unwanted hair, permanent hair removal, and anyone looking for med spa services.

MANAGER & ELECTROLOGIST IN DALLAS

Wade was born and raised in North Texas where he attended Allen High School. He earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of Texas at Dallas where he graduated with honors in 2011. During college, Wade started as a sales associate with a massage clinic where he diligently worked his way up to become the Clinic Administrator. In 2014, after managing the spa for 6 years, Wade changed careers to work for United Health Care. Here he proudly started the federally mandated sanction check program specifically for the Medicaid providers. After 6 years, Wade wanted to get back into the Spa industry where he knew he could help people feel better about themselves. Knowing a little bit about the hair removal industry and its popularity, Wade chose to join Hair Today Gone Tomorrow in June of 2021. Working as an electrologist, he is learning there is nothing better than the excitement on his clients face when they see the real progress made from permanent hair removal. In his free time, Wade enjoys riding his electric bike, playing guitar, hunting, fishing, kayaking, golfing, playing disc golf, and walking his 15 year old apricot toy poodle named Annabelle.

ELECTROLOGIST IN DALLAS

Nicole was born in Texas and lived in the DFW area her entire life. She currently lives with her younger brother, who is her best friend, and her two fur babies. Nicole graduated from Texas Christian University in 2013 and holds a degree in philosophy and religious studies. In her free time, Nicole enjoys playing video games, writing, and playing the bass guitar. Nicole began her journey with Hair Today Gone Tomorrow as a client in 2018. She was pleased with her results and decided to join the HTGT team to help others achieve the same happiness. Nicole is especially inspired to help clients with the same problem areas she experienced. The sight of a client beaming from ear to ear as their skin slowly becomes smoother and smoother never fails to put a smile on her face!

ELECTROLOGIST IN DALLAS

Jade is a DFW area native where she attended the University of Texas at Arlington studying accounting.  She currently lives in Dallas with her roomate, their 2 cats, and 2 guinea pigs. Jade loves playing and programming video games, playing board games (the more complicated the better), playing the piano, and watching science fiction and comedy movies. She came to Hair Today Gone Tomorrow as a client in 2021 and excitedly joined the team in 2022. Jade loves nothing more than giving others the same experience and relief she received at HTGT.

USS SUPERVISOR - BOTULINUM TOXIN & DERMAL FILLER INJECTIONS IN DALLAS

Dr. Tatyana Romanoff was born and raised in the former Soviet Union where she graduated from the Nursing School and then their Dental Program. After immigrating to the United States, Tatyana worked as an RN in the San Francisco Bay area until she was accepted to the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine in 2009. Dr. Romanoff graduated from CU in 2011. Two years later she moved to Dallas where she enjoys hiking, spending time with her dogs, cooking, and visiting new places.   

ESTHETICIAN IN DALLAS

Lena has moved all over the country as the child of a naval officer, but has lived in Texas the longest. She’s always loved skincare and making people feel and look their best, so after trying college out, she decided to become an esthetician. It was the perfect fit and she’s never been happier! In February 2024, Lena graduated top of her class and got her license. If you ask her a question about aesthetics, she won’t hesitate to infodump on you. Her goal now is to share her love of self-care with others, and teach them how to relax and take care of their skin.  Lena has two fur babies, Ralph and Belle. She enjoys cooking, coffee, going to the beach, listening to music, dancing, and fitness.
